Meet Valentina Djelaj & Corktown Health.
Valentina Djelaj (She/Her) is the Vice President of Programs & Community Impact at Corktown Health. In this role, she oversees the behavioral health, preventive health, care management, and financial support services departments. Valentina has worked in the HIV field for over a decade and is passionate about addressing social determinants of health. She received her Graduate Certificate in Research and Evaluation and a Master of Social Work degree in Community Practice and Social Action from Wayne State University. Valentina also holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Michigan State University.
